What does it cover?

The Qualification takes the learner on a journey where security awareness, personal safety and well-being is developed alongside proven practical security options. The learner will discuss in a safe learning environment current personal security threat’s-

As Examples-

• Staying safe at home/work,
• Safe when socialising.
• Dealing with knife crime,
• Vulnerable lone individual/worker,
• Sexual Harassment/stalking/Abuse,

and through the training, start to adapt and create solutions that provide security, avoidance, escape and awareness. The qualification also provides the learner with information on how to report crime, utilising a variety of options.

The Qualification will make the learner more security aware, proving beneficial for both the individual and businesses seeking to provide best practice in Duty of Care.
